Mr Latin Clears Air On The Causes Of Orisabunmi, Siblings’ Death

Contrary to the media report on the cause of death of the Ace Actress, Orisabunmi and her two siblings within three days interval to be COVID-19 related has been debunked by the President, Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria, Bolaji Amusan aka Mr Latin.

According to a report by Vanguard, Mr Latin claimed Orisabunmi and his brother who aged 71 has been sick for a while.

He said the late brother of the Actress must has been dead as a result of shock news of her sister’s death.

Mr Latin said same case applied to her sister who have been hypertensive and she might have died of hypertension or heart failure as a result of the death news of her sister.

Anthony Joshua Sets To Fight Furry For Undisputed World Heavy Weight Championship This Year – Eddie Hearn

The all awaited bout between the World heavy weight Champion, Anthony Joshua and his United Kingdom counterpart, Tyson Furry, is set to take place before the end of the year.

In a statement by Joshua Promoter, Eddie Hearn, said the deal to fight Tyson Furry in an undisputed world heavy weight Championship this year is all set.

He said the financial elements of the deal are done with a tag of 200m pounds while the signing process is underway.

According to Hearn, the venue of the fight is going to be in the Middle East.

He said Joshua and Furry would be facing each other in two fights which will definitely take place first in the Middle East while the second fight takes place in Britain.

The boxing fans across the world has been waiting for a bout between Furry and Joshua who happened to come both from United Kingdom.

“Talks are progressing, its going really well, we are drafting contracts and l think really, if someone said to me how long do you think? l would say in the next four weeks, that’s when the deal will get closed,” Hearn said while talking to Daily Mail.

Nigeria Musician Temilade Opeyemi aka ‘Tems’ has expressed her displeasure by breaking COVID-19 protocol in Uganda by performing in a concert unauthorized by the authority of the State.

“In his statement, she said “I’m truly saddened that the attendees could have possibly been exposed to COVID-19.

I would have never participated had l known the slightest knowledge that the event would not meet standard operating procedures.”

Temilade and Omar performed at a concert in Kampala organized by Kasana events.

An event that failed to secure the approval of its country’s appropriate authority for the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic.

Recall the stories that made the round in the news media on December 13, that Tems and Omah Lay were arrested in Uganda while performing in unauthorized concert breaking COVID-19 protocols.

The Nigerian movie industry has again experienced a significant loss.

Veteran Nollywood actor, Jimmy Johnson, popularly known as ‘The Village headmaster’ is dead.

He died after a brief illness at Garki hospital, Abuja.

The actor died at the age of 80.

Before his death, Johnson was known for his role as Okoro in Village Headmaster, a well-known TV series on NTA in the 80s.
